This notice describes the enquiry forms and optional website analytics on the JinChengYu equipment website.

Enquiry information

The detailed quotation form collects your name, email, company if provided, delivery country, equipment interest and message. The quick enquiry form available across the website collects your name, email and message.

Why the information is used

Your details are used to handle your equipment enquiry and discuss the proposed configuration and quotation. The forms do not ask for payment details. Avoid including confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Storage and technical processing

Detailed quotation enquiries are stored in the website’s server database. Quick enquiries are transmitted to Web3Forms for form delivery. The hosting infrastructure also processes network requests. A daily hash of the connection address may be used to limit repeated submissions; the detailed enquiry record does not store the raw address.

Optional analytics

Google Tag Manager loads the website’s Google Analytics configuration. Analytics storage is denied by default. If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics may use browser identifiers and collect information about pages and interactions to help us understand website use. If you decline, analytics storage remains denied. Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed by clearing this site’s browser storage.

The enquiry forms do not use browser storage as their record of your submission. The website stores your analytics choice under jcy_analytics_consent. Access to a private preview may require sign-in managed by the hosting platform.
